Merryland College, located on Rangeli Road, Biratnagar, was established in 2059 B.S. It is the top-notch English medium college in Nepal, particularly for management program. It has proved itself for its academic excellence in the results of various examinations and in its exposure. Currently, it offers management program in ten-plus-two level, and BBS, BIM, BCA, B.Sc.CSIT and BHM in bachelor level. In addition, the college offers Chartered Accountancy course for those aspirants who are in pursuit of becoming a chartered accountant. Currently, there are around 1543 students in +2 management, 533 in BBS, around 2300 students in BIM, BCA, BHM, B.Sc., CSIT and around 95 students in CA programs.

The college has cutting-edge physical infrastructures which consist of modern buildings with spacious and well-furnished classrooms connected with HD camera in the classrooms and outside to observe all the activities. In addition, well-equipped library with sufficient books, recent publications, periodicals, journals etc are avail. We believe that only good teaching is not sufficient rather evaluation is equally indispensable for testing the academic depth of students. So, Merryland College evaluates students through Monthly Test (writing and verbal), Periodical Test, Pre-final Test, Surprise Test and Classroom Presentation.

The college also focuses on educational tours and field visits with a view to enhance the students’ empirical knowledge.
