Food technology attracts a large number of students all over the world including the nepal because of the growing demand for food technologist in today`s health concinuous world.It is a four years undergarduate course.It is a combination of food science including the knowledge of nature and combination of food materials and their behaviour under the different conditions to which it may be subjected and its application to the pratical treatment of food materials.It gives the knowledge about food handling,production and distribution of food,packing,dairy and related services .
